Jeromes Addition

Jeromes Addition

Crookston, Minn.

SEH provided design, engineering, and construction services for permanent reliable flood protection for the City of Crookston located along the Red Lake River in northwestern Minnesota. Project features include earth levees, concrete floodwalls, pumping stations, rock fill bank stabilization, riprap erosion protection, and cutoff channels. The project was broken into several phases based on funding availability. The final phase of the project to be constructed is in a neighborhood called Jeromes Addition.

The City of Crookston hired SEH to perform construction administration and observation services for the Jeromes Addition project and to prepare a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) and levee certification documents for all phases of the project for submittal to FEMA after construction is completed.
