Lubricant Blending and Distribution Facility

Superior, Wis.

The owner needed to move out of the old facilities in order to expand operations and increase production to meet market demand. A former grocery warehouse was available for relocation of the operations. SEH provided analysis, design, and engineering to support the redevelopment of the site to support expanded blending, storage, and packaging operations. Permitting and compliance services assured that the new use of the facility would meet safety and health regulations.
